A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total cake order is required to confirm an order and reserve the date in my diary. The deposit is to be paid on return of the completed order form. All orders will be confirmed in writing. Orders made within four weeks of the date required must be paid in full at the time of placing the order.
Final payments for celebration cakes are paid in cash on collection or two weeks prior to collection or delivery. Final payments for wedding cakes are to be made four weeks before date of collection or delivery. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Failure to make final payment may result in order cancellation.

Cake stands are available to hire. We ask for a refundable deposit and fee per day, per item. The deposit will be refunded once the hire items have been returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure return of the stand, unless collection has been arranged at an additional charge. Late fees will apply for every day the stand or items hired are outstanding. This will be charged at the daily hire rate.
Any alterations to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to an additional charge. Late amendments to orders are often possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed. No amendments will be allowed less than four weeks prior to date of cake required.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payments made within four weeks of date required are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, any work already completed is chargeable.
Heavenly Tiers accepts no responsibility for cakes once they have been collected from Heavenly Tiers premises or following delivery to selected venue. Persons collecting or accepting delivery of the order will be required to sign delivery note with important information about your cake. A copy will be provided for your information.
